Day-to-Day Duties

• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all user interactions in our system.
• Assist subscribers with account navigation, billing queries, and subscription management using a helpful, friendly approach.
• Work closely with internal departments to share insights on common user issues and streaming trends.
• Provide high-level assistance in German to users of a top-tier global streaming platform.
• Help elevate overall service standards within the fast-growing streaming media industry.
• Troubleshoot technical hurdles related to app interfaces, streaming devices, and account connectivity.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the platform's service features to ensure a seamless viewer experience.

Candidate Profile

• A valid EU passport is required.
• Expertise in the German language (written and spoken) is essential.
• A genuine interest in technology, entertainment, and modern streaming platforms.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities, comfortable working across various software platforms simultaneously.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or support role is highly valued, though not strictly required.
• You possess a vibrant, professional personality and a strong desire to relocate to Greece for this career adventure.
