Daily Professional Duties

• Represent the Miele brand identity by consistently delivering excellence in every interaction.
• Help customers solve technical issues or answer inquiries via telephone, live chat, and email correspondence.
• Keep precise, organized records of all client interactions within our internal management systems.
• Deliver elite-level support for Miele’s extensive range of premium home appliances and consumer electronics.
• Apply a technical, detail-oriented, and patient approach to resolving complex customer queries.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is an essential requirement.
• Possession of a valid EU passport or a legal permit to reside and work in Greece.
• Previous background in consumer electronics or service-oriented roles is highly desired.
• Effective communication skills and a natural inclination for assisting people in high-energy environments.
• A quick learner who is comfortable engaging with modern technology and new digital systems.
