Your Daily Tasks

• Utilize your technical expertise to resolve queries across multiple channels, including chat, phone, and email.

• Advise consumers on product features, troubleshooting, and service maintenance for high-end home appliances.
• Engage in continuous development programs to stay at the cutting edge of Miele’s latest technological breakthroughs.
• Work in harmony with a diverse team of international colleagues to deliver a world-class experience to German-speaking users.
• Input data accurately into internal platforms to track case progression and maintain service records.
• Apply a patient, solution-focused approach to technical problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Require

• Excellent verbal and written command of the German language.
• Hold a valid EU passport or appropriate work authorization for residency in Greece.
• A naturally helpful demeanor paired with strong communication capabilities.
• A keen interest in acquiring new skills and adapting to modern technical systems.
• Working knowledge of English, as our workplace is a vibrant, multi-cultural environment.
• Previous background in customer care or the consumer electronics industry is highly valued, though not strictly required.
