Daily Duties and Responsibilities

• Record all user data and session details precisely within the CRM system to drive operational excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador, helping customers navigate telecom upgrades, service packages, and basic technical configurations.
• Manage a high volume of requests efficiently without compromising the quality of your personal support.
• Deepen your knowledge of the company’s telecommunications portfolio to deliver highly personalized solutions to every user.

What We Require

• Total fluency in German, both verbal and written.
• An active EU passport.
• A genuine passion for staying updated on consumer tech and the telecommunications field.
• A natural talent for troubleshooting and a commitment to putting the customer first.
• The confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse, and multi-cultural work setting.
• Solid digital literacy and the ability to comfortably manage multiple software interfaces at once.
