Your Day-to-Day Functions

• Utilize deep product knowledge to ensure every customer interaction is helpful and accurate.

• Deliver empathetic, high-quality assistance through chat, phone, and email channels.
• Meet personal and team-based key performance indicators while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.
• Manage and update consumer files in our Customer Support Services system with meticulous detail.
• Keep pace with industry innovations and service developments to provide top-tier support.
• Function as the primary liaison for our German-speaking clientele, solving inquiries with efficiency.

Candidate Prerequisites

• A valid EU passport is a mandatory requirement.
• High-level proficiency in German, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable with multi-platform software navigation and strong overall computer skills.
• An aptitude for creative problem-solving and clear, professional communication.
• Previous background in a Customer Support Services role is highly valued.
• A genuine commitment to moving to Greece and engaging with our professional network.
