• Provide clear, helpful guidance on product usage and features to boost user satisfaction.
• Serve as a professional brand ambassador for JTI within the competitive consumer electronics market.

Candidate Qualifications

• A valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this role.

• Native or near-native proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
