• Assist users by troubleshooting technical issues and explaining product specifications to deliver a seamless experience.
• Address complex technical queries with a customer-centric approach, focusing on professional resolution and satisfaction.
• Stay current with evolving technology trends to provide informed guidance and accurate solutions to our consumer base.
• Act as the primary channel for incoming consumer communications, ensuring every inquiry is handled with precision.
• Coordinate with internal departments to escalate and resolve high-priority technical problems efficiently.

Candidate Prerequisites

• Proficiency in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written capabilities.
• Possession of a valid EU passport (non-negotiable).
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Native or near-native level of spoken and written German.
• Previous experience in technical support or client-facing roles is a major plus.
