• Act as the primary point of contact for JTI users, guiding them through technical challenges with ease.
• Work alongside diverse teams to resolve complex technical hurdles for high-priority inquiries.
• Address difficult consumer concerns by applying a customer-first approach, speed, and clear communication.

Professional Prerequisites

• A valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this role.
• Native or near-native proficiency in written and spoken German is essential.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written) to facilitate team communication.
