• Work alongside cross-functional departments to successfully escalate and resolve high-priority technical challenges.
• Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the consumer electronics field to deliver precise and informed assistance.

Professional Qualifications

• Native or fluent proficiency in German (both written and verbal).
• Holding a valid EU passport is an essential requirement.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for cutting-edge technology and current consumer electronics trends.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Adaptability to thrive in a high-speed, evolving corporate environment.
