• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to deliver precise technical support across all customer touchpoints.
• Serve as the primary liaison for JTI customers seeking information on modern consumer electronics hardware.

Essential Qualifications

• Proficiency in German (written and oral) at a native or near-native level.
• Advanced proficiency in English for professional collaboration.
• Possession of a valid EU passport is an absolute requirement for this role.
• Demonstrable interest in modern gadgetry and emerging tech trends.
• Adaptability and a sharp, analytical mind suited for a fast-evolving corporate environment.
• Prior background in customer-facing service or technical support is highly preferred.
