• Navigate and resolve complex consumer queries using a patient, customer-oriented approach.

Candidate Requirements

• A valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this position.
• Native or high-level proficiency in German (verbal and written).
• A proven interest in modern technology and the consumer electronics industry.
• Strong capacity to adapt to a fast-moving work environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Previous professional experience in customer service or technical support is considered a definite asset.
