Primary Duties and Expectations

• Utilize CRM tools to meticulously log every customer interaction and monitor evolving service trends.
• Represent the JTI brand identity, demonstrating a steadfast dedication to excellence within the electronics industry.
• Assist consumers by explaining technical product features, offering troubleshooting steps, and ensuring user satisfaction.
• Manage and resolve complex inquiries, utilizing a customer-first philosophy to find efficient resolutions.
• Act as the essential link for JTI users seeking guidance on modern electronic technologies.
• Engage with internal departments to escalate high-impact technical problems when necessary.
• Cultivate a comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge base regarding the electronics market to provide precise assistance.

What We Require from You

• A valid EU passport (this is a mandatory requirement).
• Native or near-native proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrable enthusiasm for the latest consumer electronics and technological trends.
• Strong command of English to facilitate seamless communication in our international office.
• A highly adaptable nature with the ability to thrive in a rapid-response work environment.
• Prior experience in customer support or technical service environments is viewed as a clear asset.
