Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Proven experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the FinTech or streaming media sector.
• Strong digital literacy and the ability to multitask in a remote work environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in financial or technical contexts.
