Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated support specialist for Dutch-speaking users regarding their service accounts and content access.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native level) is an essential requirement.
• Good command of the English language for daily coordination within our multinational office environment.
• Candidates must hold a valid EU passport or equivalent work authorization for the European Union.
• A keen interest in the streaming sector, backed by previous experience in tech support or customer care.
