Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support interface for Dutch-speaking users regarding their subscriptions and streaming access.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues including connectivity, playback quality, and app compatibility.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and platform transportation, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
• Utilize various internal dashboards and tools to deliver real-time support and effective troubleshooting.
• Record and report persistent technical trends to help optimize the overall subscriber experience.
• Ensure high performance metrics by delivering empathetic, clear, and professional service during every interaction.
• Work in tandem with global support teams to maintain consistent service standards across the European region.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (native level or near-native) is a core requirement.
• Strong communication skills in English to operate effectively within our multilingual office environment.
• Must possess a valid EU passport or a permit allowing for employment within the European Union.
• A demonstrated enthusiasm for digital media/streaming and prior experience in technical support or client-facing roles.
• High level of professional agility and the capacity to excel within a dynamic, fast-evolving setting.
• Genuine interest in relocating to Greece to become a valued member of our international team.
