• Liaise with internal finance departments to resolve ticketing discrepancies and billing challenges.
• Maintain detailed financial documentation using our dedicated aviation management systems.
• Resolve passenger concerns with high levels of empathy, strictly following international aviation service protocols.
• Identify recurring billing patterns to assist in the ongoing optimization of the customer service experience.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (verbal and written).
• Holder of a valid EU passport (mandatory requirement).
• Professional fluency in English to effectively engage with international teams.
• Demonstrable numerical aptitude and strong analytical skills suited for a financial support environment.
• Experience within the aviation or finance sectors is considered a significant asset.
