Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level technical assistance concerning security features for the client’s innovative electronics range.
• Guide users through sophisticated account protection measures, such as multi-factor authentication and security verification.
• Analyze and remediate data privacy concerns and potential security threats raised by users.
• Ensure that every support engagement meets rigorous standards of technical accuracy and excellence.
• Coach customers on fundamental security habits to safeguard their integrated smart home systems.
• Work alongside diverse departments to identify patterns and relay insights regarding consumer electronic security.
• Document all interactions with precision in our CRM system to provide a seamless and secure support lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Dutch is essential; candidates must be native or fully fluent in both verbal and written communication.
• Possession of a valid EU passport is a strict requirement for your relocation to work in Greece.
