Job Overview

We are currently opening this unique opportunity for Malta-based Dutch speakers to transition into a new chapter by working remotely from Greece. This role involves acting as a key Customer Expert for Miele, supporting a prestigious international client known for its engineering excellence and premium household appliances.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier support and technical guidance to Miele clients across Dutch-speaking territories.
• Resolve consumer electronics inquiries effectively to maintain the brand’s high standards.
• Handle service requests and provide expert details on sophisticated domestic appliance technology.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records using our specialized CRM software.
• Represent the Miele brand with professionalism, ensuring each interaction reflects the quality of the products.
• Partner with diverse internal teams to find swift solutions for complex technical issues.
• Keep pace with new product developments and appliance specifications to ensure advice provided is always current.

Requirements

• Full proficiency in Dutch (native or near-native level for both writing and speaking).
• Possession of a valid EU passport (required).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering stellar customer experiences.
• Capable of working remotely from Greece, provided you have a reliable, high-speed home internet setup.
• A baseline of technical aptitude and a sincere curiosity regarding home appliance innovations.
• A positive, adaptable mindset suitable for a fast-paced, diverse international workspace.
