Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with itinerary changes, booking adjustments, and specialized travel support needs.
• Navigate complex reservation hurdles, ensuring that all traveler concerns are addressed with speed and precision.
• Uphold the high service benchmarks expected within the travel industry to drive lasting customer retention.
• Work closely with international teams to refine internal processes and improve the overall travel support user experience.
• Manage customer data with strict attention to privacy regulations and company security policies.
• Serve as a dedicated brand representative, reflecting the forward-thinking values of our tech-based client.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch, both verbal and written.
• Possession of a valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this position.
• Strong command of English for seamless professional integration.
• Prior background in customer experience or the travel/tourism sector is considered a significant asset.
• Confidence in utilizing digital platforms and an aptitude for mastering new travel software tools.
