Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a French Speaking Transport Customer Service Representative position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to French-speaking clients regarding complex transportation, booking, and logistics inquiries.
• Efficiently manage customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy in the fast-paced transportation industry.
• Coordinate with internal dispatch and logistical teams to resolve service disruptions and transit complications.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regional and international transport regulations to provide precise guidance to clients.

• Update and maintain accurate documentation in the transport management system to ensure logistical transparency.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is strictly required for this role.
• Advanced proficiency in English to collaborate within our international team environment.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the transportation, travel, or logistics industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-volume remote work environment.
• Excellent digital literacy and aptitude for navigating complex CRM and transport-specific software.
