Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in English to communicate within our international office environment.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for consumer electronics and a desire to help others navigate modern technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or similar French-speaking jobs is considered a strong asset.
