Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert product or service guidance to customers in their native Slovenian language.
• Contribute to the team’s success by meeting established performance KPIs and quality standards.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and internal support processes to provide accurate information at all times.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovenian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services is highly preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping customers.
• Proficiency in English for corporate communication and reporting purposes.
• Availability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
