Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to team targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent high-level performance across all communication channels.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide expert guidance to our diverse client base.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
• Proven experience in Customer Support Services or a similar client-facing role is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for all our Slovak-speaking jobs.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this on-site opportunity.
