We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Slovak Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver expert assistance to clients in the Customer Support Services sector via phone, email, and live chat.

• Collaborate with international teams to optimize support processes within our diverse work environment.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Slovak (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate seamless employment in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping people.
