We are currently seeking a passionate gamer to join our team in an exciting Romanian Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced Gaming & Esports industry while providing world-class assistance to players across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to game performance, account access, and payment queries.
• Act as an ambassador for our gaming titles by maintaining a deep knowledge of current in-game events and updates.
• Monitor gaming forums and community hubs to identify trends, bugs, or player feedback.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to escalate complex technical bugs impacting the player experience.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the vibrant and energetic culture of the Esports community.
• Drive player satisfaction by providing professional, empathetic, and efficient resolutions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a professional manner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing or support role is considered a significant advantage for this Romanian-speaking job.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in our modern Sofia, Bulgaria offices.
