Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate within our international corporate environment in Bulgaria.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for assisting others.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia for this onsite opportunity.
