Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Prior experience in the Customer Support Services industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others.
