Key Responsibilities

• Resolve complex logistics discrepancies by coordinating with warehouses and transport partners.
• Manage client expectations through proactive updates regarding order status and transit challenges.
• Utilize specialized CRM and logistics software to maintain accurate records of delivery cycles.
• Identify opportunities to optimize delivery workflows and improve end-to-end service satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism when handling time-sensitive supply chain inquiries.

Requirements

• Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Prior experience or a keen interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and digital reporting tools.
• Commitment to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site professional opportunity.
