Key Responsibilities

• Scrutinize and evaluate intricate banking transactions to detect anomalies and fraudulent patterns.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations into suspicious activity while strictly adhering to international regulatory frameworks.
• Act as a subject matter expert for our Dutch-speaking customers, addressing security concerns and safeguarding their financial assets.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all findings to meet strict internal and regulatory audit standards.
• Partner with risk management teams to enhance and update existing fraud detection strategies.
• Deliver clear and professional reporting on security incidents to key internal stakeholders.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving financial crime landscapes and contemporary prevention methodologies.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency (native or near-native) in Dutch is a requirement.
• Must hold a valid EU passport or possess the legal authorization to reside and work in Bulgaria.
• Previous investigative experience within fintech or the banking sector is highly valued.
• Strong command of English for collaborative team environments and official reporting.
• Unwavering commitment to ethical conduct and the ability to excel under pressure in a secure environment.
