We are currently seeking a talented individual for the Polish Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria, located in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels within the Customer Support Services sector.

• Manage multi-channel communications, including email, chat, and phone, to maintain professional standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical or account-specific matters to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain detailed customer records within our CRM system to track interactions and identify recurring trends.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Actively participate in team meetings to share best practices and contribute to the high-performance culture at our Sofia office.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or working rights for Bulgaria.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a background or interest in the Customer Support Services industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customer bases.
• Ability to work on-site in our modern Sofia facility, fully embracing the international environment of these jobs in Bulgaria.
• Professional proficiency in English, enabling seamless integration into our international team.
