Job Overview

We are currently seeking a passionate gaming enthusiast for a Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical and gameplay support to players via email, chat, and social media channels.
• Ensure an exceptional user experience by resolving complex gaming queries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Stay updated on the latest Esports trends, game patches, and community feedback to provide accurate information.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the Polish-speaking gaming community, fostering engagement and loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal technical and development teams to report bugs and suggest improvements for game stability.
• Maintain a deep understanding of game mechanics, account security, and tournament regulations within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Represent the client brand with excellence while handling high-volume interactions during peak gaming seasons.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
• Genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with current gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and a professional attitude.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this on-site opportunity.
