We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team in a Swedish Speaking Online Store Advisor position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service across digital and physical retail channels to ensure total client satisfaction.
• Assist Swedish-speaking customers with online order tracking, returns, and inventory inquiries.

• Maintain high quality standards while managing high volumes of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Swedish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
