Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical point of contact for Italian-speaking clients, providing high-quality support across a variety of consumer tech products.

• Ensure all case notes and customer touchpoints are accurately registered in our CRM software.

• Manage the escalation of intricate technical inquiries, ensuring issues are routed correctly while monitoring the outcome.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (native level or equivalent) is required for both verbal and written communication.
• Possession of a valid EU passport is an essential prerequisite for this relocation.
• An innate curiosity for technology and a proven ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the capacity to simplify technical jargon for a general user base in Italian.
