Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high satisfaction ratings by maintaining clear, expert, and professional communication in the German language.
• Partner with our internal engineering divisions to report and rectify technical glitches or feature development needs.
• Keep detailed logs of all client engagements within the CRM to maintain high service standards.
• Stay updated on the latest cloud technology trends and platform enhancements through ongoing training.
• Act as a trusted advisor to users, offering insights and best practices to maximize platform value.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German (both verbal and written).
• A valid EU passport is a strict requirement for working in this international SaaS environment.
• Genuine interest in or prior exposure to the SaaS and cloud-tech ecosystem.
• Proven analytical capabilities and an aptitude for troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Previous background in a helpdesk, technical support, or customer-facing environment.
• Must be willing to relocate to Athens, Greece, to become part of our onsite international office team.
