We are currently opening a unique opportunity for Bulgaria-based German speakers to work remotely from Greece in a high-impact Business Development Representative role within the IT sector. Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and uncover lucrative commercial opportunities across the DACH market for our extensive IT product suite.
• Connect with key stakeholders through diverse channels, including social selling, email campaigns, and outbound calling to present IT solutions.
• Gain comprehensive technical knowledge of our hardware and software portfolios to deliver value-driven consultations to prospective partners.
• Oversee your entire sales cycle, managing leads from the initial discovery stage to successful qualification and closing.
• Maintain rigorous documentation of all sales leads and client engagement within our centralized CRM infrastructure.
• Partner with international colleagues to optimize sales messaging and exceed regional performance quotas.
• Monitor IT market evolutions to effectively articulate the competitive advantages of our technology services to prospects.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in German is mandatory for this position.
• Possession of a valid EU passport or a legal work authorization for Greece.
• Demonstrated passion or prior background in sales, particularly within the IT/Tech industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a results-oriented approach and negotiation prowess.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively within our international office environment in Athens.
