Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a high-impact Polish Speaking Cybersecurity Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support for cybersecurity software and digital security solutions to Polish-speaking clients.
• Analyze potential security threats and provide accurate, timely guidance to mitigate risks.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience by troubleshooting complex technical security queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with international cybersecurity analysts to resolve sophisticated system vulnerabilities.
• Educate end-users on security best practices to strengthen their digital defenses.
• Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and resolution protocols in the internal CRM.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and shifts within the cybersecurity industry to provide proactive service.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Passion for the cybersecurity industry and a drive to learn complex technical software.
• Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in technical customer support or IT security is highly regarded but not strictly mandatory.
• Availability to work on-site in Athens, Greece.
