We are currently sourcing candidates for a prestigious Nederlands Sprekende Klantenservicemedewerker Proximus position in Greece. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert, professional assistance to Proximus customers regarding their telecommunications products and services.

• Maintain detailed customer records within our advanced CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of service requests.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunications solutions based on individual customer needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by offering feedback on common technical challenges.
• Adhere to industry-standard quality metrics and key performance indicators to maintain the highest levels of service excellence.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for the telecommunications industry and customer care.
• Ability to navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while resolving customer inquiries.
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
• Availability to work flexible hours in a remote or office-based setting within Greece.
