Job Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill the Nederlands Sprekende Klantenservicemedewerker Mobiliteit position in Greece. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for international travelers and mobility users, ensuring seamless service and high-level support within the fast-paced mobility services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional support to customers navigating various mobility solutions via phone, email, and chat.
• Efficiently resolve inquiries related to bookings, fleet management, and mobility service platforms.
• Provide real-time assistance to users experiencing challenges with their travel or mobility logistics.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to improve future mobility services.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure a consistent, premium service level across all regions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service protocols within the mobility industry.
• Upsell and educate customers on new mobility product features and updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
• Strong proficiency in English to communicate within our global office environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for providing solutions in the mobility sector.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and CRM systems.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related industry is highly valued.
