Job Overview

We are currently seeking a meticulous and articulate professional for an Arabic Speaking Knowledgebase Writer position in Bulgaria. This role is pivotal for our client’s Customer Support Services operations, ensuring that all technical documentation, FAQs, and service protocols are expertly curated for our Arabic-speaking clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and maintain high-quality knowledgebase articles, self-service guides, and troubleshooting documentation for Customer Support Services teams.
• Translate complex technical terminology into clear, accessible Arabic content for end-users.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to update support workflows and improve the customer experience across all Arabic-speaking channels.
• Ensure that all written content aligns with brand voice, tone, and international service standards.
• Regularly audit existing knowledge articles to identify information gaps and implement necessary improvements to support ticket reduction.
• Analyze customer support trends and feedback to proactively create documentation that resolves common user queries.
• Maintain consistency in terminology and style across all internal and external support knowledge databases.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
• Prior experience in technical writing or content creation within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable steps.
• Valid EU passport or eligibility to work in the EU (mandatory for relocation).
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clear communication.
