Requirements

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to navigate internal systems and collaboration tools.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for this on-site role in Bulgaria).
• Previous experience in customer support services or a client-facing environment is considered an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
