Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level support to B2B advertisers navigating the Microsoft Advertising ecosystem within a professional BPO environment.
• Troubleshoot complex account issues and provide accurate technical resolutions to maintain high client satisfaction.
• Deliver professional optimization recommendations to help clients enhance their return on investment.
• Educate stakeholders on advanced platform features and new tools, including artificial intelligence solutions like Copilot.
• Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights tailored to individual business objectives.
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with corporate clients to foster long-term platform loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality service standards.

Requirements

• French language fluency (C1/C2)
• Strong English communication
• Knowledge of Microsoft Advertising or major PPC platforms
• Experience in customer support or account management
• Experience building or optimizing paid search campaigns
• A proactive approach to problem-solving within the outsourcing industry.
