Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level technical support for cybersecurity software to Korean-speaking customers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues related to antivirus installations, configurations, and connectivity.
• Analyze and resolve threats by effectively utilizing Anti-Malware and Firewall diagnostic tools.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem resolution.
• Manage technical inquiries across multiple operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS platforms.
• Document all technical interactions clearly to assist in the continuous improvement of cybersecurity support services.
• Collaborate with internal security teams to escalate sophisticated malware or system breaches when necessary.

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean
• Very good communication skills in English
• Knowledge of Anti-Malware and Firewall products
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS fundamentals
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within the cybersecurity sector.
