Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound customer calls to actively promote and sell digital marketing advertising services.
• Detect and analyze customer objectives to offer customized, strategic solutions that meet their unique business needs.
• Set up results-driven campaigns designed for immediate impact and long-term sustainable performance.
• Take full responsibility for increasing client ad spend and identifying upselling opportunities within your portfolio.
• Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive customer database to ensure accurate reporting and lead management.
• Handle a high volume of potential client interactions daily to maintain a robust pipeline.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Hebrew (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
• CRM Experience: extensive CRM experience, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and optimize CRM systems for business growth.
• Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
• Presentation Skills: excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
• Strong interest in digital marketing and tech-focused environments.
