Job Overview

We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill an Italian-Speaking Account Manager - Customer Success position in Spain. This role is an incredible opportunity for a customer-focused expert to join a high-impact team within the Customer Support Services industry, driving retention and growth in a vibrant, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support and relationship management to existing clients, fostering long-term, trust-based partnerships.
• Actively address client inquiries and needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction and account sustainability within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored account optimization strategies that enhance overall service quality.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage a pipeline of high-value accounts, ensuring consistent tracking of progress and engagement KPIs.
• Champion the "Voice of the Customer" by identifying opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Work closely with territory teams and internal stakeholders to refine best practices and achieve collective growth goals.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to maximize success, participating actively in ongoing training and professional knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• 1-2 years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, and/or a related client-facing role.
• BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience.
• C2 level of Italian and proficient level of English.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
