Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support to players in the fast-paced Gaming & Esports community.
• Resolve technical and account-related inquiries through live chat, email, and phone.
• Contribute to the player experience by maintaining deep product knowledge of the latest titles.
• Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot gaming platform performance issues.
• Ensure high satisfaction levels by acting as a brand ambassador for our gaming partners.
• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and strict adherence to data privacy standards.
• Proactively suggest improvements to internal workflows to enhance the gaming user journey.

Requirements

• Fluent in spoken Dutch.
• Conversational level of English.
• A service-minded personality ready to learn new things.
• Strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility toward your colleagues.
• Holder of an EU passport. (Not ID)
• Flexibility to work in 3 rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night).
