• Ensure high satisfaction levels by processing reservation updates, handling cancellations, and resolving queries with speed and accuracy.
• Deliver top-tier support to our German-speaking clientele regarding travel logistics and vehicle booking needs.
• Consistently hit performance benchmarks to secure regular monthly bonuses.

Essential Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in German, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English is required for daily coordination with our international office staff.
• A valid EU passport is an essential prerequisite for this role.
• A track record of success in hospitality, tourism, or travel-related sectors is a significant asset.
• A genuine commitment to providing stellar service and building rapport with international travelers.
