• Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details within our premium travel management software.
• Meet and exceed performance targets within the travel industry to qualify for regular monthly performance bonuses.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this travel-focused role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering world-class service to international travelers.
• Excellent proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication within our international office.
