Day-to-Day Contributions

• Utilize performance data to suggest improvements and drive innovation within our Bulgarian office.
• Monitor systems proactively to ensure all service-level agreements are met and technical issues are resolved rapidly.
• Provide expert support to German-speaking partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure our technical service offerings perfectly match partner expectations.
• Create and refine support documentation to boost the overall productivity of the technical team.
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems, implementing effective solutions that enhance system performance.
• Lead remote technical training and product demonstrations to ensure partners are fully equipped for success.

Candidate Qualifications

• A valid EU passport is a strict requirement for this position.
• Advanced proficiency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Significant background in technical customer support or similar client-facing roles.
• An inquisitive mindset with a deep interest in troubleshooting and technology.
