Job Overview

We are currently searching for an analytical professional to fill the German Speaking Partner Technical Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for German-speaking partners, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence within the Customer Support Services sector.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide sophisticated solutions that optimize partner workflows and system performance.
• Maintain high-level communication with internal stakeholders to align technical capabilities with specific partner requirements.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of internal support documentation to enhance the efficiency of the wider Customer Support Services team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Proven experience in a technical support or customer-facing role within the Customer Support Services industry.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a passion for technology.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships in a German-speaking environment.
• Flexibility to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, for this career-defining opportunity.
