We are currently looking for a talented individual to fill the German Speaking Client Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for German-speaking clients, providing high-quality support through various communication channels within the customer support services industry.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory for this customer support services role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining premium brand standards.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
